Why MOQ varies
Custom packaging uses different production processes. A simple rigid box, a printed carton, an EVA insert and a molded-pulp insert do not share the same setup economics. Material minimums, tooling, print setup and manual operations all affect MOQ.
When 100 units can work
LEETOP supports projects starting from 100 units for selected structures and specifications. Low-volume production is most practical when the design avoids processes that require large material or tooling commitments.
When MOQ may be higher
Special paper minimums, custom molded pulp, highly specialized printing, unusual hardware or very large box dimensions can push the practical MOQ higher. The correct number should be confirmed after the specification is reviewed.
How to lower the first-order risk
Instead of forcing every component into the first order, start with the main high-value packaging format. Additional cards, bags or other components can be added later when their production economics make sense.
